Trade Mark Registration

The Federation of Sports and Play Associations (FSPA) offers a comprehensive service to enable members to register new trade marks. Members using this service will save a minimum of 50% on patent agent costs.

The Federation handles all the necessary paperwork to complete the process, taking care of all necessary administrative tasks, thus saving members both time and money.

What we offer

Firstly, the Federation contacts The Patent Office’s Search and Advisory Service. This enables members to find out whether their proposed trade mark meets the requirements for registration. A written report is then received that will indicate whether or not it is possible to proceed.
